This week we honored the olympics by having a few competition of our own! We competed in fun games for points for our olympic teams: the Catamounts, Bears, Falcons, and Coyotes. We played games such as kickball, capture the flag, camouflage, life and death in the forest, and more!We also took some time this week to explore the water systems at Audubon Vermont. We hike to the brook and the river to cool off and reward ourselves for a great competition.
We created our very own olympic village in the woods by building forts! We even hiked to the Birds of Vermont Museum to learn about the history there and see all of the carvings.
On Friday, we held our medal ceremony and all went home with gold! Most importantly, we had lots of fun!
