Thanks to the help of community scientists, we have completed our 2021 annual winter Bald Eagle survey. As we begin to compile the results of the survey, we want to thank everyone who submitted sightings and surveyed designated routes. 

At least one of the designated routes in Lake Champlain had a record number of Bald Eagles, one Golden Eagle was reported, and we received more than 50 reports of eagles seen during the survey period. 

Results are being analyzed and will be available soon. Stay tuned for the final tally.
