This is a heads-up that the new camper health forms have launched here in CampDoc and a reminder about Audubon Vermont's cancellation policy.

Health Forms

Our new health profile questions launched today. If you got a notification that you have incomplete camper paperwork, this is why. The new forms are formatted differently than previous version. The ask is that you provide us with enough information so that when we meet your camper (or greet them since we saw them last) we have insight into how to help them thrive at camp. In most cases, you will not need a doctors note (YAY!), but please don't save this until right before the due date- it will take a little time. You can start and stop and the system will save your progress -there is no "save button".

• Who needs these new forms?: Everyone! Any participant coming to Audubon for camp this summer OR programs for which you have registered in the 2025-26' school year (Forest Classroom, Forest Playschool). If you are in a program currently, that ends with the school year, you do NOT need to complete these forms if you are not going to continue with Audubon this summer or fall.
• What if I filled out another form in CampDoc already?: Sorry, but the new forms are what is needed from everyone, even if you filled out the simple form when you came to a program this spring.
• When are forms due?: Forms are due 2 weeks before your first camp, but you don't have to wait that long-you could fill them out today if you wanted! The system will send you a notification reminder every 10 days to complete these forms. I cannot turn this off (I'm so sorry). The best way to stop these reminders is to finish your forms early.
• Should I email anything to Debbie? Nope! If you have supplemental forms you need to submit, you can upload them directly into CampDoc. That will keep your camper's sensitive health information out of my inbox and in our secure platform. Please call if you have questions.
• What if I don't complete the new forms?: We will be unable to accept your camper into our care and will either have you complete a paper health form at morning drop-off or ask you and your camper not to return until you have the forms submitted.

Cancellation Policy

Lastly, a cancellation reminder: Cancellations requested by May 25 will be refunded payments that exceed the non-refundable 30% deposit. Staring on May 26 we shift to the below timeline. Please call our office if you have any questions:

• Cancellations made at least 4 weeks before program start date will be refunded 50% of the tuition fee.
• Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before a program start date will be refunded 30% of the tuition fee.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before a program start date will be refunded 10% of the tuition fee.
