Please join other Audubon Vermont members and the environmental community in a discussion about opportunities to improve protections for birds and the places birds (and people!) need to thrive !

Vermont Conservation Voters (VCV) and partner organizations will share the 2022 Environmental Common Agenda. We will highlight some of the most pressing issues facing Vermont, including climate change, smart growth housing solutions, and maintaining a resilient landscape with healthy forests and clean water.

At this event, VCV and partner organizations will share our perspectives on some of the most important environmental actions lawmakers can take this year.

Issues we will discuss include:

  • critical steps needed to cut climate pollution and help Vermonters transition to clean energy solutions;
  • climate resilience strategies to encourage smart growth development while better protecting our forests, farms, wetlands, and waters;
  • reducing Vermonters’ exposure to PFAS and other toxic chemicals;
  • holding polluters accountable;
  • updating the Bottle Bill;
  • and maintaining a healthy democracy.
