Join Audubon Vermont’s teacher-naturalist, Emily Kaplita, and Education Americorps Member, Sarah Hooghuis, every Monday morning from 10:00-10:45 AM for a virtual snack and story time! Each week will explore a different mammal, insect or amphibian with a corresponding book and mini lesson. There will always be a craft to go along with the story and lesson, that you can find attached to the bottom of the event page.
This week we will read A Mouse’s Life by John Himmelman. After reading, we will learn what mice live in Vermont, why they are important and some special adaptations they have to live here all year long!
Best for children ages 0-5, but all are welcome!
Registrants will receive email updates about this webinar, as well as periodic email updates about Audubon's events and conservation work and how you can help birds. (You can unsubscribe at any time).
