For more than 30 years, the Green Mountain Audubon Center has been producing 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup on-site. The sap is still collected by buckets and boiled over a wood-fire in our sugarhouse.
This Bird-Friendly Syrup, produced from our sustainably managed sugarbush is available for sale in at the Audubon Vermont office during regular office hours.
Interested in learning more about the process? Join us at our annual Sugar on Snow Parties, which happen in late March during Vermont's Maple Open House Weekend.
