Audubon Vermont has been awarded two AmeriCorps Positions for our education team again this year by the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board. Both of these positions will continue the work of past members, as AmeriCorps members have become an integral part of our team.

Community Science & Chapter Engagement Specialist
This is an opportunity to do some creative thinking to keep Vermonters engaged in outdoor education, to help them plug into their passions of conservation, & to help Audubon VT build a strong community science program state-wide. This member will focus on building our community science program to have a statewide reach & will work closely w/ Audubon chapters as well as our education & conservation teams to do so. Environmental & Outreach Educator
Spend your days outside, sharing the joys of the natural world with the community while serving at the National Audubon Society’s Vermont office! As our Environmental and Outreach Educator you will be fully integrated into the Audubon Vermont team while you grow and learn about outdoor education, natural history, and conservation in Vermont. You’ll have the opportunity to lead hundreds of students, ages 0-99 in place-based education all year long. Apply today!
