Pure Vermont Maple Syrup

100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup made on-site

For more than 30 years, the Green Mountain Audubon Center has been producing 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup on-site.  The sap is still collected by buckets and boiled over a wood-fire in our sugarhouse.

This Bird-Friendly Syrup, produced from our sustainably managed sugarbush is available for sale in our office during regular hours of operation.

Interested in learning more about the process?  Join us for a Sap-to-Syrup Education Program or our annual Sugar on Snow Parties.
