It's wonderful to see our programs for kids, new Vermonters, and the LGBTQ community featured in the piece alongside our conservation work with the Bird-Friendly Maple Project, the Champlain Valley Bird Initiative, endangered species, and native Plants for Birds. Click here to read the article online.

In the words of Audubon Vermont's Executive Director David Mears, “We try to be a bridge between different communities, We want to include young, old, bird watchers, kayakers, hunters, anglers, and all people regardless of gender, race, and orientation. We want to focus together on protecting the environment.”
