From bird watching to winter tracking, maple sugaring to pond scooping - there are many ways to experience Audubon. Our mission is to connect people with nature.
Our school programs aren't just for school kids. We serve adult, school-age, preschool, homeschool, camp, workplace and public groups.
Choose full or half day programs. Visit our field center in Huntington or invite us for an outreach at your school. We also offer self-guided programs.
For over 50 years we’ve been connecting students with nature. Our inquiry-based science programs encourage exploration, foster inquiry, and build confidence. Audubon’s professional teacher naturalist staff design programs to center on interconnectedness, environmental awareness, and conservation action. Our programs include activities and explorations that work with students' curiosity about the natural world, reinforce inquiry process and skills, and accommodate multiple learning styles.
